Head of Narrative

Our team is currently looking for an experienced Head of Narrative interested in working on casual games, raising the quality of our products' narratives to a new level, implementing new approaches, and helping develop the talents of our narrative designers!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Professional development and assessment of our company's narrative designers

• Active participation in hiring and onboarding narrative designers

• Evolution of development processes in narrative design

• Quality control of narrative at different stages

• Gradual improvement of narrative quality in projects

• Organizing and monitoring the regular activities of the narrative team

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience as head of/lead narrative on successful casual products

• Knowledge and understanding of the casual game audience

• Knowledge of and insight into the market and current trends in casual narrative

• Strong management skills

• Genuine interest in and enjoyment of the casual genre

Would be nice:

• English not lower than Upper Intermediate—texts are written in English for some projects, and there is the potential to transfer the remaining projects to text creation in English
