We are an iGaming company, founded by a group of dedicated professionals over three years ago, currently employing a team of 500+ individuals. Our portfolio consists of more than 10 successful brands catering to Tier 1-3 countries.

Due to our decision to launch a new product - creating our own games, we are seeking an experienced Head of Gaming (Casino). As this is a new direction for the company, you will have the opportunity to participate in launching the product from scratch, enjoying all the benefits of a startup within an existing company.

What are you working on?

  • At what stage of the project(s)? The project is in the launch phase. We are creating a new product, and you have the opportunity to lead it!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Contract negotiation with game development companies

  • Overseeing the entire game creation process, from concept to design, development, and testing.

  • Managing game integration and potentially conducting negotiations with gaming platforms.

  • Generating reports on games and providers.

  • Ensuring compliance with game certification requirements.

  • Integrating game providers into game aggregators.

  • Optionally, ensuring compliance with gambling laws.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in the gaming industry.

  • A deep understanding of game mechanics, including various game features, bonus games, and slot games.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze popular gaming mechanics across different regions and effectively implement them.

  • Hands-on experience in overseeing the game development process, including sound, graphics, and mathematical calculations.

  • A solid grasp of key game performance indicators(RTP, GGR, NGR etc.).

  • Proficiency in English, equivalent to B2 level or higher.

  • Familiarity with the game certification process and experience in this field.
