Graphic Designer

IGaming product is looking for currently looking for a Middle+ Designer to join our creative team — someone who doesn’t just “make things look pretty,” but creates expressive, cohesive, and memorable visuals that make users fall in love with the product at first glance.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Our designers work across a range of digital products, including the creation of logos, brand identities, advertising banners, social media post designs, email templates, website pages, landing pages, and more.

• We have several modern platforms with desktop and mobile adaptations that require ongoing support and refinement.

• You’ll be responsible for producing full banner size ranges for our platforms, as well as designing email campaigns.

• You’ll create landing pages, quizzes, sales funnels, and promotional pages for existing products.

• You’ll collaborate closely with the team lead and design team, working in tandem with the marketing department to develop compelling materials.

• Tasks are managed through standard tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Slack, etc.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other core design tools.

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, familiarity with current design trends, and the ability to apply them effectively.

• Strong grasp of colour theory, composition, perspective, collage techniques, and other essential graphic design skills.

• Basic understanding of interface grids, resizing, and responsive adaptations to ensure correct layout dimensions.

• Proficiency in using modern AI tools for graphic design.

• Experience in creating high-converting and visually appealing banners, social posts, emails, icons, logos, etc.

• Ability to source and use materials relevant to gambling and betting industries, work with stock content, create moodboards, and justify your design decisions.

• Organised, detail-oriented, with a strong visual culture and adaptability to different styles.

• A team player with excellent communication skills, deadline awareness, and punctuality.

Would be a plus:

• English level: Intermediate or above.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Experience working with design systems, modular grids, components, and style guides.

• Additional skills in 3D, animation, or other design fields are welcome.
