Values Value is a recruiting company specializing in game development, and we are currently looking for an experienced Executive Producer for a trailblazing company in the VR gaming industry. With a track record of delivering groundbreaking VR titles in the casual style, they understand what it takes to turn innovative concepts into chart-topping successes. They already have successful titles that regularly rank among the top VR games and have achieved self-sustainability.

We are looking for a General Producer with experience launching outstanding hyper-casual and hybrid-casual projects who will drive the growth of both the company and the team, as well as create and develop commercially successful games.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Participation in the company's growth (this is one of the key roles in the company).

  • Define a long-term vision and feature roadmap for new projects and manage these aspects in existing ones.

  • Develop product strategy, design engaging game mechanics, and establish core gameplay loops.

  • Oversee feature development from the early stages to release, conduct post-launch analysis, and ensure continuous optimization.

  • Measure game performance and leverage game data and industry insights to improve key metrics.

  • Analyze competitors and market trends that could impact a game's success and be ready to adapt.

  • Communicate with stakeholders about the status and future plans of the games.

  • Lead the team to achieve the best results.

  • Strengthen existing teams and build new teams from scratch.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Experience as a Producer or Product Manager  in Hyper-casual, Hybrid-casual, or Casual projects.

  • Interest in VR games.

  • Proven track record of successfully launched projects.

  • Experience in building and managing teams.

  • Data-driven approach.

  • Passion for understanding player preferences, improving player experience, identifying retention drivers, and optimizing monetization strategies.

  • Experience with VR or Steam products is a plus.

  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
