What kind of professional are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Game Designer who thrives in a nimble, experimental environment. You’ll be working closely with a small cross-functional team—product, art, engineering, and community—to concept, prototype, and iterate on innovative gameplay experiences. This is a role for someone who can think holistically about systems, mechanics, player motivations, and progression—but who also isn’t afraid to dive into Figma, Notion, Unity, or wherever the work is being shaped.
3-10 years of experience as a Game Designer or equivalent role
A strong grasp of game systems, player psychology, and UX
Experience working on small, fast-moving teams or startups
Proficiency in prototyping tools (Unity, Unreal, or equivalents)
What is important for us in a person?
Strong communication skills—you can take feedback and give it with clarity and respect
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys taking ownership
Bonus: experience with multiplayer systems, AI tools, or economy design
Why do we enjoy working here?
