What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Build and lead a small team of product and marketing analysts, setting priorities aligned with product and growth goals, and fostering their development into trusted, high-leverage partners.

  • Own and evolve the company’s data stack (BigQuery & Looker), ensuring data quality, clear taxonomy, robust documentation, and scalable event tracking in collaboration with engineers.

  • Drive product and gameplay analytics, defining success metrics, analyzing retention, monetization, engagement and feature performance, and leading experimentation (A/B testing, holdouts).

  • Deliver actionable marketing & UA insights, integrating attribution and ad platform data, tracking ROAS, CPI, and creative performance, and identifying growth and channel opportunities.

  • Champion a data-informed culture, improving data literacy through training, enabling self-service dashboards, and establishing regular KPI reviews to guide decision-making across teams.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 5-7+ years in Product/Growth analytics, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud warehouse environments.

  • Proven experience with Looker (or similar tools), including data modeling and dashboard creation.

  • Familiarity with F2P mobile game KPIs and lifecycle metrics (retention, ARPDAU, LTV, churn).

  • Understanding of UA and attribution ecosystems (Meta Ads, Google UAC, SKAN, MMPs like Adjust/Appsflyer).

  • Experience managing or mentoring analysts, while staying hands-on with analytics work.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, business-oriented approach.

  • Fluent English - confident in written and verbal communication, able to present insights and collaborate across teams effectively.
