Creative Designer (Motion & Static)

We are looking for a creative designer to produce motion and static creatives, banners, email designs, and other visual content for our online casino targeting the Latin American market. Your mission is to craft engaging, high-converting visuals that attract new users and enhance audience engagement.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

🔹 Advertising Creatives

• Design static and animated banners for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

• Create video creatives (motion graphics, animation, editing).

• Adapt creatives for different social media and ad formats.

• Develop teasers, intros, and promo videos for casino promotion.

• Craft unique creative concepts for various offers.

🔹 Social Media Content

• Design posts, stories, reels, and cover images.

• Create GIF animations and interactive visuals.

• Develop branded visuals for promotions and gaming campaigns.

• Support the SMM team with engaging visual content.

🔹 Email & Banner Design

• Create email templates and promotional banners.

• Design landing pages and visual assets for offers.

• Develop layouts for bonuses, promotions, and promo codes.

• (Bonus) Experience with HTML coding for email design.

🔹 Creative Optimization & Trends

• Optimize visuals to meet ad platform requirements.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

• Work with dynamic creatives for personalized ads.

• Stay on top of design trends and integrate them into projects.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience as a designer (preferably in gambling, betting, or fintech).

• Expert proficiency in Figma – primary design tool.

• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (animation, retouching, video editing).

• Motion design and animation experience – must-have.

• Understanding of UI/UX, landing page design, email templates.

• Knowledge of ad platform guidelines (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).

• Ability to adapt creatives for different geos and audience segments.

• Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
