For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for a CMS Manager responsible for preparing and publishing game pages across PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop.
This role involves working with internal content management systems (CMS) to upload metadata, assets, and marketing materials for upcoming console releases.
You’ll ensure each game page is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with platform guidelines — helping ASI Games deliver high-quality releases across major console storefronts.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Managing and updating product pages through internal and platform-specific CMS tools

• Uploading and verifying metadata, assets, and screenshots for each title

• Ensuring all store materials meet PlayStation and Nintendo publishing requirements

• Collaborating with marketing and QA teams to review store builds and listings

• Coordinating release timelines and status updates with the publishing department

• Maintaining consistency of brand presentation across all regional storefronts

• Tracking page approval status and resolving submission issues with platform representatives

What is important for us in a person?

• 0–2 years of experience in digital publishing, content management, or operations

• Understanding of console store ecosystems (PlayStation Store / Nintendo eShop)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow platform guidelines precisely

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and file organization tools

• Good English (B2+) — written and spoken, for internal and platform communication

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working with a game publisher or console developer account

• Knowledge of metadata structures (titles, descriptions, tags, assets, etc.)

• Interest in game marketing and digital distribution
