We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks;
Analysis of the elicited requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story, use cases);
Creation and maintenance of documentation in areas of responsibility (requirements specifications, user manual, maintenance manual, etc.);
Review and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists;
Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team;
Interaction with QAs while preparing the test cases and testing product;
Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of responsibility. This knowledge is used to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements;
Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company for the expansion and usage of advanced approaches and technologies.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
2–3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst,
Experience working with business processes and one or more of the following systems: HRMS, ATS, ERP, CRM, WMS/SCM, FinTech, LegalTech, EdTech, MedTech, Workflow/BPM systems.
Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
Experience preparing requirements in the following formats: BRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Feature Lists.
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Miro, FigJam/Figma, Jira.
Excellent communication skills the ability to clearly explain complex ideas to different stakeholders.
Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is mandatory
Experience in the HR domain or a strong interest in HR systems will be plus
