For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design and calculate the game's economy from scratch (balance of features, levels, prices, level locations)

• Design and develop the offers and discounts system

• Design and calculate the balance of side events

• Participate in planning and preparing the product roadmap

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a game designer

• Experience calculating balance for major features or games entirely

• A portfolio of successful midcore or casual projects 

• Knowledge of the mobile game market and development trends in the market

• Experience using analytical systems

Would be nice:

• Experience calculating game balance in an idler/strategy/tycoon genre game

Expected result:

• Calculate balance independently in due time

• Achieve the project's metrics goals at the soft launch stage
