Affiliate Manager

We’re currently looking for a talented Affiliate Manager who’s ready to take charge, build strong partnerships, and scale results fast. 🚀🌟

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Proactively search for and onboard new partners (webmasters, affiliates, platforms/products);

• Negotiate and secure the most favorable terms of cooperation for the company;

• Prepare webmasters to effectively work within affiliate programs;

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support;

• Monitor, control, and retain affiliate traffic;

• Advise partners on optimizing conversion funnels;

• Assist with dispute resolutions and provide product usage guidance to partners;

• Manage and maintain content relevant to the affiliate program;

• Boost brand awareness of our affiliate program across the affiliate community (chats, forums, events);

• Coordinate and oversee timely payouts to affiliates.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1+ year of experience in gambling affiliate marketing;

• Solid experience working with webmasters, advertisers, and affiliate networks;

• Ability to interpret stats and conduct high-level traffic analysis;

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to stay cool under pressure;

• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and traffic sources;

• Familiarity with various pricing models: CPA, CPL, eCPM, CPC, Revenue Share;

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;

• Ability to formulate clear and effective tasks for developers and designers;

• Experience identifying and scaling efficient traffic funnels;

• High level of English (spoken & written);

• Big Plus: knowledge of the Vietnam market.
