We're currently looking for an experienced 3D Artist to help us create Playable Ads - mini-games used for advertising marketing purposes.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Adapt, and optimize 3D and 2D assets for Playable Ads, setting them up in the game engine.
Set up scenes: lighting, shadows, materials, and overall atmosphere.
Work with VFX — particles, special effects.
Collaborate with game designers, programmers, and marketing team to turn ideas into ready-to-launch creatives.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Ability to assemble 3D/2D scenes, set up lighting, shadows, and materials
Proficiency in Blender: topology, geometry optimization, UV mapping
Confident use of particle VFX systems
Knowledge of Cocos Creator or willingness to transition to it
Up-to-date portfolio
Academic foundation: composition, color theory, perspective, lighting, stylization
Would be an advantage:
Skills in creating animations in a game engine
