For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are looking for senior artists to cover the following:

• 3D modelling – vegetation, rocks and environment objects will be a plus.

• Level art – swift and accurate population on the level to deliver a beauty pass over the open world map. The levels and gameplay elements are in but require a polishing pass.

• Optimization of existing assets

• Implementation of assets to UE

• Working closely with game designers, translating the design into level art.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Skills:

• English or Polish speaking on a communicative level

• Experience in UE 5

• Aesthetical sense – knowing a good composition on the level

• Able to work independently, without extra guidance after receiving instructions of what’s needed

• Knack for tech art is a plus. Understanding PCG, setting up materials, optimization

• Understanding of level design is a plus – being able to create a basic blockout.

​Availability:

• 170 hours per month, billed at the fixed monthly rate

• a minimum daily availability of 5 hours on business days, but 8 hours preferable.

• available within the CET time zone for coordination and communication purposes

• project duration — until January 2026

Note:

• Since you'll be working as part of a team, you might not handle all of these tasks yourself — they can be divided among your teammates. That said, it's still important for us to work with artists who are versatile and comfortable handling different aspects of the project.
