What kind of professional are we looking for?

— The ability to create stylized characters and environments
— Proficient in the UV mapping of objects and characters
— Ability to make a model retopology
— Basic understanding of color science
— 1+ experience in the gaming industry
— A love for games and the desire to work in a casual style
— Knowledge of — Maya\Blender (or 3ds Max)
— Portfolio

What is important for us in a person?

— Experience working with Unity
— Basic understanding of 3D sculpting
— Knowledge of Packages ZBrush, Substance Painter, Substance Designer
— Experience in preparing characters for animation (Rigging, Skinning)
