We invite an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and conquer new heights with us!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Be responsible for comprehensive personnel administration service (employment contracts, civil contracts) and administration policies development;

  • Deal with staff-related matters (keeping personal files, preparing documents related to the employment relationship and its expiration: employment contracts, annexes, certificates, work certificates, according with the labour law provisions);

  • Manage employees’ database;

  • Take care of occupational medicine examinations, BHP training and employee benefits;

  • Work with policy company and documentations;

  • Preparing and handling the documentation for all types of work and residence legalization processes;

  • Provision of clear guidance to the relocated employees on the procedures, time lines and documents required for their legalization in Poland;

  • Representing the company and assisting foreign employees at all official appointments at government offices;

  • HR Personnel administration management: pre\onboarding process, 1-1, review.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Administration related position;

  • At least 1 year of experience in Polish company and practical knowledge of current Polish labor law and personnel administration processes;

  • Practical knowledge of provisions regarding working time;

  • Good command of MS Office, including Excel;

  • Analytical skills;

  • At least Upper intermediate level in English or Polish and native Ukrainian or Russian.
