Stepico Games studio is looking for Lead 3D Artist to join our team
На какие задачи (обязанности)?
- Management of an art team (team formation, distribution of tasks);
- Quality control;
- Interaction with other departments on the project;
- Сontrolling compliance with the correct artistic style of the project;
- Technical description of tasks;
- Estimation of atypical tasks;
- Writing feedbacks and monitoring their implementation;
- Communication with the client.
Какого профессионала ищем?
- Successful experience as a Lead Artist from 2 years;
- Leadership qualities;
- The presence of a strong portfolio of projects (in which you participated, as well as those that led);
- Knowledge of the graphics development process for mobile game projects;
- Ability to follow stylistics;
- Art team management skills;
- Excellent mastery of Adobe Photoshop, 3d redactors such as Maya or blender;
- Understanding to properly prepare art assets and interface elements for implementation;
- Excellent ability to draw by hand and on a graphics tablet;
- Ability to set tasks and monitor their implementation;
- Attention to detail, accuracy and responsibility;
