Up to 10 people in a team

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

It requires a deep understanding of player behavior, identifying the needs of VIP players and effectively responding to their requests.

Monitor and analyze VIP players on a daily basis and take appropriate action to ensure maximum value throughout their gaming lifecycle.

• Responsibility for key performance indicators of VIP players;

• Together with the CRM-manager - managing the database of VIP-players;

• Analysis of the behavior of VIP players, creation of campaigns and promotions aimed at optimizing the game of VIP players;

• Fraud analysis of VIP players;

• Together with the CRM-manager - creation and implementation of new campaigns and activities for  acquisition VIP-players;

• Calculation and provision of personal bonuses for VIP players, resolution of disputes;

• Development, organization and implementation of VIP campaigns, physical prizes and promotions in order for VIP players to feel connected to the brand;

• Reporting;

• Creation of a strategy to retain and reactivate VIP players;

• Gather feedback and forward it to the responsible teams.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Work experience in a similar position from 3 years;

• Native Russian or Ukrainian language

• Experience as a CRM manager will be an advantage;

• Excellent communicator for all communication channels: chats, telephone, social networks, etc.;

• Business and sales oriented approach;

• Good analytical skills;

• Positive, determined attitude and good problem-solving skills
