Sitni Animation Studio is a growing animation outsourcing studio specializing in high-quality character animation for the game industry. We work with a variety of clients, from independent developers to AAA studios, contributing to mobile, PC, and console projects.

Our team has collaborated with major industry companies, including CD Projekt Red and Ubisoft. As we continue to expand, we are looking for talented animators who are passionate about creating realistic gameplay animation and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Clean up and polish motion capture animations

• Create and refine hand-keyed animations

• Develop high-quality gameplay animations for game projects

• Collaborate closely with the team and implement feedback efficiently

• Contribute to multiple projects across the studio

Nice to Have

• Experience working on AAA titles

• Experience with animation state machines and animation systems in Unreal Engine

• Experience working in an outsourcing environment

• Familiarity with first-person and third-person character animation

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Maya

• Experience working with AnimBot

• Practical experience with motion capture cleanup and polishing

• Practical experience creating hand-keyed animations

• Proven experience creating realistic character animation

• Experience working with Unreal Engine

• Ability to quickly iterate based on feedback

• Strong understanding of gameplay animation principles

• Strong attention to quality while maintaining production speed

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
