Lead Back-end Engineer

A fast-growing startup Balancy.co is hiring! We empower game developers to run Smart LiveOps and increase LTV. Our clients are game developers, who want to grow faster and increase their KPIs. The global games market is huge and growing very fast. In a gold rush, it's better to sell shovels - and this is exactly what we are doing! The niche of LiveOps for games is not yet fulfilled and we have a great market opportunity to take it.

• Back-end development of the main product - https://balancy.dev.

• Hi-load Analytics system injected into the main product

• Hi-load cloud storage

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 4+ years experience as a Back-End developer.

• Portfolio of released products.

• In-depth NodeJS and TypeScript knowledge.

• Good experience with SQL (specifically with PostgreSQL).

• Experience in building Hi-load systems

What is important for us in a person?

• English Upper-Intermediate and above

• Ability to work in a team
