FQA Project Manager (Video Games)

We are looking for an FQA Project Manager or experienced Test Lead to support us with the management and coordination of our video gaming projects. If you are a motivated and well organized FQA Games Testing PM with hands-on experience in the gaming industry we’d like to hear from you!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

-        Working with clients’ points of contact to manage resource allocation, testing objectives, database access, and build distribution

-        Preparing quotes, testing schedules, proposals, and invoices

-        Creating tools for KPI tracking, data management, and daily reporting.

-        Continuous coaching of Test Leads and Senior Testers.

-        Preparing and conducting coaching sessions with Test Leads covering specific management topics

-        Tracking day-to-day hourly and financial coverage

-        Leading projects and their accounts to success from a strategy and customer relationship level

-        Interacting with clients to strengthen bonds and create more meaningful professional exchanges

-        Coaching staff in order to help them achieve their goals and to carry projects and their own team to success

-        Generating tools required for testing, as well as to improve the overall quality of work of the department

-        Developing processes along with other Project Managers with the goal of increasing staff retention, career development, and level of satisfaction

-        Creating documentation and QA strategies for clients to execute realistic goals for their titles with the allocated budget

-        Guiding clients towards best practices in terms of game testing, scheduling, and feature implementation

What kind of professional are we looking for?

-        Minimum 4 years in video game FQA, preferably having held a similar position or as a Test lead

-        Deep knowledge in the game development process and stages of the FQA and Compliance testing processes

-        Familiarity with the different QA approaches

-        Experience with test plan and test case creation and management

-        Deep knowledge of PC, mobile, and console hardware and software

-        Strong knowledge with bug tracking and test case management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, TestTrack, etc

-        Ability to effectively work with a diverse and multicultural workforce

-        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

-        Excellent oral and written communication and people management skills

-        Detail-oriented and with the ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment

-        Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task.

-        A high level of English, oral, and written communication essential

-        Excellent interpersonal skills
